I'm Rachel, a Site Experience Manager based in Southern California with eight years of professional experience and a BS in Business Administration, Marketing from CSUSM.

Growing up in a multicultural household shaped how I see the world - it taught me to embrace different perspectives and approach every interaction with empathy. This perspective is essential to my work, where I strive to understand the real needs and behaviors of people interacting with digital experiences.

When I'm not working, you'll find me at a Pilates class, trying new Seiro recipes, or trying out new cafes around town.
